H.E. Mrs. Aryani, Vice Minister for the Protection of Migrant Workers of the Republic of Indonesia, Visits İŞKUR

The delegation headed by H.E. Mrs. Christina Aryani, Vice Minister for the Protection of Migrant Workers of the Republic of Indonesia, paid a visit to İŞKUR on October 27, 2025.

H.E. Mr. Achmad Rizal Purnamal, the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to the Republic of Türkiye also attended the meeting, chaired by Mr. Samet Güneş, Director General of Turkish Employment Agency. During the meeting, a general assessment of the Turkish labour market and the services provided by İŞKUR was made.

General Director Güneş stated that experience-sharing activities would be carried out within the scope of the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Field of Labour signed between the Ministry of Labour and Social Security and the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, and that cooperation could also be established with the Indonesian Ministry of Migrant Workers Protection on issues falling within İŞKUR's remit.

H.E. Mrs. Christina Aryani highlighted the importance of the support provided by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security and İŞKUR in promoting employment opportunities for Indonesia’s skilled workforce and in protecting the rights of Indonesian workers employed in Türkiye with work permits.

The visit also included an exchange of views on potential steps to further enhance labour mobility and cooperation between the two countries.
