Delegation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Visits İŞKUR

Delegation headed by Director General of Bosnian Herzegovinian Employment Agency, Mr. Muamer Bandic, visits our Agency

The Deputy Director General of İŞKUR, Mr. Bekir Aktürk, spoke about the successful implementations of İŞKUR and gave a briefing to the guest delegation about the programmes implemented by the Agency since 2009. Mr. Aktürk expressed that in 2017, İŞKUR employed more than 1 million people, and for 2018 the objective is set as 1 million and 250 thousand employment. He added that this achievement was the result of “National Mobilisation in Working Life” and 15-year comprehensive studies and works.

An İŞKUR presentation has been made regarding active labour force programmes, job and vocational counselling services, labour market and vacant job researches, employment services, unemployment insurance services delivered by the Agency and the projects carried out within the scope of international relations were introduced. Following the presentation the Q&A session took place.

After the meeting, the delegation paid a visit to Director General of İŞKUR, Mr. Cafer Uzunkaya, and expressed their gratitude for his hospitality.
