Our Director General received Ms. Ayşegül Selışık, Assistant FAO Representative for Turkey

Our Director General, Mr. Bekir Aktürk received Ms. Ayşegül Selışık, Assistant Representative at Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations (FAO) in Turkey and the technical delegation on January 17, 2020 within the scope of a courtesy visit.
At the meeting in which Mr. Uğur Tunç, Head of Foreign Relations and Projects Department and Mr. Volkan Öz, Head of Active Labour Services Department participated, Ms. Selışık gave information about their cooperation at central and local level, activities carried out under some projects and works planned to realise by FAO for the future. Thanking İŞKUR for the support in the scope of the local activities carried out by FAO in the past period, Selışık stated that İŞKUR has fulfilled a very important duty for the labour market.
Our Director General stated that İŞKUR continues a wide range of activities in order to bring jobseekers and employers together and provide the labour force with quality and skills, and continues its contribution in all efforts towards these purposes, and he thanked Selışık and the delegation for their kind visit and information about FAO's work they gave.
