Improving Job and Vocational Counselling Services Project
The objective of the project is to improve institutional capacity of İŞKUR and job and vocational counselling services to support delivering more effective services to more job seekers and employers.

Trainings for staff, visibility and informing activities, research studies and activities for developing cooperation are carried out to improve İŞKUR’s institutional capacity and especially job and vocational counselling services.
Labour Market Support Programme for NEETs
The objective of the project is to increase employability and labour force participation of NEETs by providing comprehensive and holistic labour market supports.
Target group of the Project: NEETs between the ages of 15 and 29 and İŞKUR Staff

In the scope of the technical support component of the Project, trainings for staff, activities for developing communication strategy and field research are carried out to improve service provision capacity for NEETs. In the frame of the grant component, various agencies’ grant projects on increasing youth employment are supported, and youth’s job seeking processes are planned to be supported systemically through individual action plans to be developed within the scope the technical support component.
Employment Support Project (İSDEP)

The objective of the project is to increase employability of SUTP and Turkish citizens by enabling them benefit from counselling services and active labour programmes and to improve institutional capacity of İŞKUR.

Support for Transition to Labour Market Project (EU FRIT 2)
The objective of the Project is to increase the employability of SuTP and Turkish citizens and support their access and transition to the labour market.
Within the scope of the project, it is also aimed to improve the institutional capacities of General Directorate of International Labour Force (UIGM), İŞKUR and Kızılay.

İŞKUR – UNHCR Cooperation Protocol
The objective of cooperation is to strengthen the institutional capacity of İŞKUR and to support the transition of SuTP and Turkish citizens to the labour market.

Within the scope of the Cooperation Protocol between İŞKUR and UNHCR, various institutional capacity building activities are carried out in order to provide İŞKUR services more effectively.
Socio-Economic Empowerment and Sustainability (SES) Program (WFP)
The objective of the project is both to meet the demand for qualified labour of the private sector and to increase the self-sufficiency of SuTP and Turkish citizens.

Budget of the Project: The project was implemented between 2021 and 2024 with a budget of 10 Million Euros.
Within the framework of the project, two main components were designed as "There is Hope in the Kitchen (MUV)" and "Improving Digital Skills to Increase Youth Employment (EMPACT)" and after the Vocational Trainings to be delivered by the Ministry of National Education and other local stakeholders in each component, beneficiaries are planned to participate in 3-month Applied Training Programs to be organized by İŞKUR.
Supporting Women's Access to More and Better Job Opportunities Project
The objective of the project is to support the identification and reduction of barriers to women's employment in Türkiye with a holistic perspective.

Within the scope of the project, institutional capacity building activities and research studies will be carried out to support the increase of women's employment. In addition, communication and visibility activities are planned with the dissemination of success stories.
