Employment Offices
Employment Offices are real or legal persons who, under the protection of private law and within the framework of a specific contract, provide intermediary services between job seekers and recruiters in the labor market in the most effective way in a workplace or by means of the means written in the Press Law No. 5187 dated 9/6/2004 dated 9/6/2004 or by means of radio, television, video, internet, cable broadcasting or electronic information communication tools and similar broadcasting tools, provided that they are authorized by the Turkish Employment Agency, without receiving any fee or commission from the job seeker.
